What is the Level 2 Behaviour That Challenges course?
It is an online Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Behaviour that Challenges, usually studied over about seven weeks. Units cover the meaning of the term, recognising changes, non-verbal communication and reflection after an incident. The provider Pre-Check confirms funding.
