What is the Level 2 Understanding Domestic Abuse course?
It is an online Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Domestic Abuse, usually studied over about seven weeks. Units cover what domestic abuse is, signs and risk factors, impact, and policy and intervention. It is awareness knowledge for safeguarding roles. The provider Pre-Check confirms funding.

This is awareness and safeguarding knowledge. It does not by itself qualify you as an independent domestic violence adviser.
Learning Gateway is not the training provider. These courses are available through our training-provider network. Funding and final eligibility are confirmed by the provider.
